- How do your shoe sizes run?
There are no half sizes in the shoes - therefore we suggest if you are in between sizes you should go up a half size in a closed toe shoe/boot or down a half size in an open toe shoe/boot or mules/clogs.

- How can I change batteries on a light-up shoes?
Per the PLEASER WEB SITE...Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.
